European Institute for Innovation at the Interreg Europe REBUS project kick-off meeting in Florence, Italy

REBUS Project kick-off meeting in Florence, Italy On the 24th and 25th of May 2016 the REBUS project partnership was invited by the lead partner, the Agenzia Fiorentina per l’Energia, to join the project kick-off meeting in Florence, Italy. The meeting started with an overview of the project and its administrative as well as content related tasks. Further, the first day provided the partnership with an introduction in internal/external project communication. At the afternoon the partnership participated in two interregional exchange plenary sessions. The second day started with an intensive and fruitful knowledge cafè workshop with Local Stakeholders, followed by a study visit to CAPUANA Primary School in the afternoon. The study trip presented a green building, environmentally-friendly technology, energy saving and spaces that promote the health of children and their learning: CAPUANA Primary School is the first school in Florence entirely constructed using sustainable building criteria.
