5th Interregional Exchange Event of the REBUS

The 5th Interregional Exchange Event of the REBUS project was organized on the 31st of January and 1st of February 2018 in Krakow, Poland, gathering representatives from 8 EU countries to jointly elaborate a so called “Energy Renovation Path” document, with the intention of supporting the energy efficient renovation of public buildings, including planning, preparation and implementation. Benjamin Daumiller and Chris Ashe represented the EIfI as the communication managers of the REBUS project. During the meeting, good practices from the participating partners, as well as tips and solutions for the decision-makers were taken into consideration. How to prioritize public buildings, and if possible, what kind of decisions, situations they must avoid in order to renovate them as effectively as possible making the best use of public funds were debated.
